Orion Valley has steep trails heading into and out of it. The area has a medium-sized lake, the water within appearing black but quite deep to swim in. Surrounding the valley are steep hills covered in moss and other vegetation. The area has three waterfalls though two involve a long like of one and a half miles to get to, going up switchbacks that are steep and up to 105-feet in height, creating beautiful views. Lying at the edge of the ocean, there is a rope strung across the deep part that can become chest high when the rains fall. It's easier to cross near the ocean where the water is shallower. The journey overall is about one and a half to two days hike, if one wishes to visit all three falls. There is Klulit Falls with its deep swimming pool and Liberty Falls with a small enclosed pool. After half an hour of hiking within the valley, one would come to Zovall Falls where you can feel the breeze coming off the face of the cliff.
