Not as steep as The Labyrinth, The Badlands were made millions of years ago when rivers once flowed through the area, shaping the rocks seen today. Short grasses dot the landscape and the rocks are colored gray with pale pinkish-rust coloring. Small caves dot the landscape, cool and a relief from the heat. The rock faces block out most of the sun but there's little to no water here and prey is hard to come by. They lie west of The Ridge.
